We would like to offer you the opportunity not only to learn more about yourself during a meditation, but also to get to know the Tarisha through a low-threshold introduction. Besides the Kundalini Meditation, which you can learn more about here, we are planning other workshops and initiatives. So feel free to keep checking back here for news. 


Lingam Workshop

Even though partners can encounter each other sexually in many different ways and have a wealth of touching possibilities, the lingam is usually only treated with a few, well-known techniques. These techniques are appreciated and also lead to the declared goal in most cases. But man*woman can also touch the lingam in a variety of exciting and seductive ways. It is fun to get to know and try out new techniques. 


In this workshop you can learn techniques of lingam massage based on tantra massage using a plastic model. The main focus of the workshop is on getting to know these techniques. In addition, there will be enough time and space to share personal experiences with the lingam in sexual life, to talk about communication with your partner and also to express concerns, fears, cravings or desires in relation to the lingam.


If you feel like rediscovering the Lingam in an unbiased way and experiencing new input for yourself and your sexuality with others, this is the right workshop for you.

Heart chakra meditation, like Kundalini meditation, is a form of active meditation. Inspired by the Sufi tradition, the philosopher Osho developed it and Karunesh set it to music. The sequence of movements is easy to learn: the extremities are moved piece by piece in coordination with the breath in the four cardinal directions. In this way we bring about a balance on a spiritual level. Longer practice of this meditation can have a positive effect on body awareness and clarify the understanding of the heart chakra. 


We dive intensively into the sounds, movement and breathing in connection with the inner consciousness and the music help you to move from thinking to feeling. This gentle form of meditation trains the resonance of giving and receiving in the heart, and helps you to accept the coming and going in life. Life energy can now flow more freely in your body. 


If you wish, we can talk about the experience after the meditation.


Please dress comfortably, as the last two of the six meditation phases take place in a sitting or lying position. You are welcome (but not required) to bring your own meditation cushion, blanket and warm socks.


The meditation is also a good opportunity to get to know us and our rooms at Tarisha. Participation is only possible after prior registration via email

Kundalini Meditation according to Osho

Meditating means sitting still, right? Not always - in the active meditations that Osho brought into the world and which have been widely used ever since, phases of stillness in sitting or lying down are preceded by movement.

One of these meditations is Kundalini meditation according to Osho. Through shaking and dancing, the stress of the day can be released and finally calm and relaxation can be found. The one-hour meditation has four phases. First, the body is loosened through shaking and then dancing and becomes more flexible again; stuck energy can flow. This is followed by a phase in sitting or standing, in which the mind can come to rest while listening to music. The last phase is meditation while lying down.


Please bring the following: loose and comfortable sportswear, meditation cushion, possibly thick socks and a blanket.

It is possible to take a shower after the meditation.


Participation: The meditation is a low-threshold opportunity to get to know us and our premises. Participation is only possible after prior registration.
