In March 2020, Sabine Schweigert took over management of the practice. Initial renovations, undertaken during the challenging COVID-19 lockdown for both guests and staff, gradually transformed the massage practice into a more welcoming and welcoming environment. The institute's reputation and professionalism were further enhanced by the addition of new services. These include offerings for women, pregnant women, couples, and seniors, as well as sexual support for people with disabilities and sexual coaching. A variety of additional wellness massages were also added to the program. The aim is to make the empathetic and respectful wellness, energy, sexual, and bodywork practices of the Tarisha team accessible to an even wider audience.

The massage, massage therapist, and coaching team at Tarisha is as diverse as its guests. Each member brings their own unique approach to treatment, depending on their training and personality, the connection they develop with the guest, and their individual character. The first 14 years of Tarisha
The Tarisha Massage Institute in Nuremberg was founded in 2006 with the aim of conveying sensuality and sexuality as aspects of quality of life, destigmatizing sexuality, and fostering harmonious relationships between men and women. It quickly gained a reputation and influence far beyond the Nuremberg-Fürth-Erlangen metropolitan area. At the same time, the practice's management championed Tantra massage as a profession and, together with other massage therapists, founded the TMV Tantra Massage Association.
