The Orgasm

Summary of the lecture in the Rorarium in Stuttgart March 2005.

Sexual energy is life energy – a central catalytical power working in multidimensional ways: emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually.

You may find the meaning of this by simply watching yourself. After an orgasm your reception might be refined. Your eyes will be shining, you probably feel easygoing and your whole point of view might be different or changed. You may feel open to connect emotionally with the world around you. Physically relaxed, your mind might be calm or inspired to create new ideas.

There are different levels of intensity in an orgasm. It is a question of introspection as well as experimenting and exercising to get to know and explore these levels to the utmost.

Sexual excitement leads to a rise in the physical energy volume. It develops in the genital area and rises with the kundalini-energy into the abdomen, further into the solar plexus, heart, larynx, forehead and finally the vertex. Each one of these places are powerful energy spots, so called chacras. Each chacra is responsible for different emotional and physical states of body and mind.

By experiencing an orgasm the body is unloading energy. It is like cleaning the body by clearing all the tight and accumulated emotions through the chacras. If the energy can only be build up in the genital and abdominal area – the first and second chacra – the person will experience only a quick and slight orgasm. Generally this is more often the case with men than women.

If the quality, time interval and unloading effect is to be increased there must be more energy collected in the body beforehand. The more energy there is, the more powerful the orgasm will be. By massaging and stimulating the intimate area there can be a high amount of energy collected, if this boost of energy is allowed even to rise above, the orgasm will be much more intense afterwards.

Women experience their first, and thus energetically lowest level orgasm, only if their energy has already reached the third chakra or so called solar plexus. Therefore they need more time at the start. When a woman has reached this level she can easily and quickly rise her energy to the higher chakras above and take along her partner whilst practising intercourse.
